Program Controled Pneumatic Magnetic Separator, also named Self Cleaning Magnetic Grate Separator, is designed to continuously remove contamination from the materials without any interruption.

The automatic magnetic grate, use the latest technological solutions, with special software is able to work continuously. Ideal for removing particles of iron or ferromagnetic from material flow, such as sugar, cereals, coffee, etc. Automatic cleaning principle consists in pouring the material through the central part of the magnetic separator. At given intervals, caught metal impurities are lifted to the left or right hopper. Great advantage is that the material flow does not have to be disconnected in case of cleaning.
